Complete interior renovation, including opening main floor & 3 bay garage built in 2018 (Milton)​​​

We partnered with our client to fully reimagine and transform the interior and exterior of this century-old double brick home in Milton. The main floor was opened up to create a spacious, modern layout featuring a custom-designed kitchen that flows seamlessly into the formal dining area, complete with built-ins and a fireplace. A striking new staircase now connects all levels, from the underpinned basement to the newly finished Loft Lounge. The basement offers generous headroom and now includes a cozy Bedroom, full Bath, and a Theatre Room with a built-in bar. On the second floor, we designed a luxurious Primary Suite with a spa-inspired Ensuite, along with two updated bedrooms and a reconfigured main bathroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding soaker tub. Exterior upgrades include all-new windows, roofing, fascia, and soffits, all coordinated to complement the charcoal tones of the brand-new, custom-designed triple car garage. This project blends heritage charm with modern living in every detail.
