ADU/ARU Conversion - Built in 2025 (Guelph/Eramosa)

This 1,025 sq ft ADU/ARU conversion transforms a once-utilitarian drive shed into a beautiful and functional secondary dwelling. Our client came to us with a vision to reimagine the space, and while the project presented its fair share of challenges, we embraced every one of them. A portion of the original drive shed was thoughtfully preserved, an important element for maintaining use of the property while the rest was carefully redesigned into a comfortable, modern living space. The result is a unique blend of old and new, full of charm, purpose, and smart design.
